Taiñ Pulkü is a soulful restaurant located just a few steps away from 15 minutes from Mar del PlataThe restaurant is ideal for tourists and locals who want to enjoy a meal away from the noise and crowds. It was created unexpectedly, but not improvised. It is the Belén Barbieri and Marcio Zimmermann's dream come true.. After spending years traveling and learning about the gastronomic and wine culture, they decided to settle down in Chapadmalal, a town located 25 km from Mar del Plata.. In 2020, the couple planned to travel to Italy, but the pandemic changed their plans. Eventually, they decided to put down roots in Chapadmalalwhere they now carry out a gastronomic concept loaded with sophistication and character.

A wine consultant and a food lover created something great at Chapadmalal 

Chapadmalal, characterized by being a small townaspires to the gastronomic grandeur with Taiñ Pulkü̈, a gastronomic space with two wine and cooking experts at the helm. Belén, a graduate in HR and wine consultant, has found in Taiñ Pulkü the perfect little corner to display his passion for wine and his family history in the Suter winery. Vocation that merges with the vast training of Marcio, his partner, in cooking and a specialization in Italian, Peruvian and Mexican dishes.

The dishes that are experienced in Taiñ Pulkü Marcio's personal seal, who proposes a menu marked by seasonality and product availability. In keeping with this premise, the facility provides a different experience on each visit. Among its specialties, the following stand out hook fishing. Its menu features preparations made with fresh local fishobtained through responsible and sustainable fishing. The fish are cooked using techniques such as the sous-vide to preserve their freshness and offer exceptional textures and flavors.

These wines are made exclusively for the restaurant by an experienced boutique winery in Mendozawhich produces a special line conceived and designed to perfectly accompany the gastronomic proposal of the place.
